Voicify

Technicians send a Discord voice note instead of typing an admin-heavy report. Voicify transcribes and structures the work into invoice-ready Google Sheets data, then gives managers dashboards for technician, client, time, channel, and remote-versus-on-site trends. Missed audio can be recovered and reprocessed.

Quotify

Quotify brings configured supplier product feeds into one searchable catalogue. It normalises supplier data, pricing, VAT and margin rules, then gives sales filters, comparisons, refresh status, and AI-assisted catalogue search — without the usual email-and-follow-up loop.

Stockify

A technician posts one or more hardware photos in Discord with the client name. Vision AI extracts devices, make, model, serial, part and MAC details, fills in missing manufacturer context from MAC lookup, and records each item to the shared stock sheet with an audit trail back to the original image.

Financify

Financify brings monthly billing for VoIP, fibre, Microsoft 365 and support services into one controlled workflow. It imports work logs, matches clients, separates SLA and ad-hoc work, rolls recurring charges forward, reconciles sent invoice PDFs, and highlights billing exceptions, variances, Porta balances, and XDR reporting.

Tickify unifies tickets, email threads, attachments, voice notes, SLA signals, timelines, and customer context. Yeastarify is a multi-tenant operating layer for Yeastar P-Series PBXs. It gives approved users dashboards for live calls, queues, extension presence and routing; provisions extensions, phones, trunks, IVRs and inbound routes; and delivers reporting for directories, missed calls, queues, failover follow-through, and inbound routing.

Agentify is our configurable voice-agent foundation for browser and telephony conversations. It supports tenant-specific agents, provider and voice selection, prompts, knowledge documents, call modes, transfer routes, diagnostics, and notifications — with the ability to create Tickify tickets from confirmed support calls.

InspireDB makes operational memory searchable across service records, video transcripts, documents, notes, work logs, and WhatsApp. It also creates client dossiers, pins important knowledge, and gives internal agents access to search and note tools through MCP.

InspireDash is the shared command-view display for the support floor. It turns Tickify data into unresolved, open, on-hold, new-versus-closed, and agent-closure signals, alongside Voicify volume and duration against rolling averages. It refreshes through the workday and retains the last good data if a source goes stale.

Checklistify

Checklistify turns client setup templates, technician tasks, comments, signatures, PDF reports, and delivery notes into traceable digital workflows. It also supports fibre orders with package and installation totals, plus number-porting requests with client forms, document uploads, digital signing, generated letterheads, PDF bundles, and confirmation emails.
